Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for purchases made on Simpli Trade.

Digital content

Courses, tools, indicators and downloadable resources are digital products. Once access has been granted/consumed, they are generally non-refundable, as the content is delivered immediately.

1-1 Live Mentorship

• Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, minus any processing fees.
• Once sessions have started, fees are non-refundable.
• Missed sessions without prior notice are not refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

How to request

Email mailtosimplitrade@gmail.com with your registered mobile number and order details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Failed/duplicate payments

If you were charged but did not receive access, or were charged twice, contact us — we will verify and refund the extra/failed amount promptly.
