This policy explains refunds and cancellations for purchases made on Simpli Trade.
Courses, tools, indicators and downloadable resources are digital products. Once access has been granted/consumed, they are generally non-refundable, as the content is delivered immediately.
Email mailtosimplitrade@gmail.com with your registered mobile number and order details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you were charged but did not receive access, or were charged twice, contact us — we will verify and refund the extra/failed amount promptly.
